PEPPER PIKE, Ohio – Take away two minutes from Saturday's (Sep. 7) home opener and the Ursuline College soccer team would be 2-0.You play 90 minutes, though, and a quick two-minute lapse cost the Arrows against Shepherd University after the Rams scored a pair of goals in 94 seconds.

UC outshot SU 16-5 and put seven shots on target compared to just four from Shepherd. Goals from Annie Orr (61:50) and Taylor Amsley (63:24) gave the guest Rams the lead for good after UC sophomore Giuliana Pugliese put the Arrows on the scoreboard first when she headed home her first career goal on a corner from junior Anna Feitl in the 30th minute.

The Arrows are now 1-1 overall while the Rams improved to 2-0.

Ursuline will be back in action Tuesday (Sep. 10) at West Liberty University. That match that will start at 5:30 p.m.
