September 2011 - Arrows Athlete of the Month

2013: Played in 19 matches and made 14 starts in her senior season…credited with four goals and two assists for a total of 10 points…scored her first goal of the year in a 4-1 win at Wheeling Jesuit (Sep. 23)…tallied her second goal of the year in a 5-0 win over Point Park (Oct. 1)…scored two of UC’s three goals in a 3-2 win over Trevecca Nazarene in the G-MAC quarterfinal on Nov. 2…with the Arrows trailing the visiting Trojans 2-1, she scored the tying goal in the 83rd minute before freshman Cassie Cripe won it in overtime…had assists against Salem International (Oct. 2) and Ohio Valley (Oct. 5).

2012: Started all 17 matches for the Arrows and finished with three goals and four assists for a total of 10 points…the four assists ranked her third on the team and placed her fifth in the conference with 0.24 assists per game…her 10 points were fourth on the club and ranked her 10th in the G-MAC with 0.59 points per game… three players on the team scored more goals, but she was third on the club with two game winners…named the G-MAC ‘Athlete of the Week’ on Oct. 29 after she assisted on the go-ahead goal in a 3-1 victory over Wheeling Jesuit (Oct. 26) and scored the only goal of the match in the regular season finale against Urbana (Oct. 28)…also netted the lone goal in the conference tournament opener against Cedarville (Nov. 2)…her other goal came in a 9-0 win over Florida College (Oct. 17).

2011: All-Independents Collegiate Athletic Association first team selection…selected to the All-OIC second team…started all 18 matches and was second on the team with 12 goals…also tallied nine assists to lead the team with 33 points…scored three goals in a 6-0 win over Salem International on Sept. 4…other multi-goal game was against Geneva (Sept. 21) when she scored two goals in a 4-0 victory…also notched goals against Shepherd (Sept. 16), Thiel (Sept. 28), Ohio Valley (Sept. 30), Defiance (Oct. 5), Bethany (Oct. 6), Marygrove (Oct. 13) and Notre Dame (Oct. 25)…notched two assists against Urbana on Oct. 8…of her 45 shots, 29 were on goal.

2010: Debuted and played in 16 matches, starting 13...assisted on two goals.

Crestwood High School: Earned four varsity letters in soccer while playing for coach Marc Streem…four-year scholar-athlete…twice was the recipient of the Coaches Award…second team All-Portage Trail Conference (PTC) goalie and district goalie as a junior…first team All-PTC/district goalie as a senior…two-time team ‘Most Valuable Player’…earned three letters playing basketball…first team All-PTC and team’s ‘Most Valuable Player’…also earned two letters in track.

Personal: Born May 20, 1992 in Mantua, Ohio… daughter of Len and Marilyn Levaskevich …has two sisters: Lisa and Ellen…also has a brother, Lenny...majoring in nursing…graduated high school with academic honors…was elected student council president.
